Sour Cream Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/4 flour
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups sour cream

Instructions

Spray saucepan with Pam. At meduim heat, combine butter and flour in saucepan, slowly add milk stirring constantly. Cook and stir until thickened. Blend in sour cream. Heat 1 minute.

Notes

Make enough for a 16 x 9 pan of enchiladas and then some.
